Co-Founder & Director

Brahmananda Behera is a co-founder and director of HERBALECO, bringing over 16 years of experience in finance, business management and entrepreneurship. His 8+ year entrepreneurial journey includes founding ventures like OrganikDay and Kalvari Indify Private Limited.

He is passionate about building an ecosystem for herbal, organic and natural agri products and creating an “agripreneurs” community among traditional farmers. With strong experience in business planning, finance and farmer network building, he provides a solid foundation to scale HERBALECO’s mission sustainably.

Divyesh Kumar Bhut

Divyesh Kumar Bhut

Co-Founder & Director

Divyesh Kumar Bhut is a co-founder and director of HERBALECO Products Private Limited, with over a decade of experience in agriculture and organic farming. His core expertise lies in advancing sustainable, environmentally friendly farming practices.

He has hands on experience in implementing organic and herbal farming methods and serves as director in agriculture focused companies such as AAI Mogal Organics and Krishnabhumi Herbal. His work supports soil and water conservation, climate protection, biodiversity and long-term profitable farming, fully aligned with HERBALECO’s mission.

Pushpa Raj Sapkota

Mr. Pushpa Raj Sapkota

Co-Founder

Pushpa Raj Sapkota is a co-founder of HERBALECO with over 15 years of experience in building businesses, companies and products across multiple sectors. He is also a founding member and Chairperson of Moringa Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal.

His strength lies in business operations, company formation and product development. With leadership roles in the agro and herbal products sector, he contributes significantly to HERBALECO’s strategic direction, expansion and long-term growth.

Santosh Kandel

Mr. Santosh Kandel

Co-Founder

Santosh Kandel is a co-founder of HERBALECO and a young, dynamic entrepreneur with experience in education, agro-industry and multiple other sectors. He is the Managing Director and founding member of Moringa Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal.

He has founded various ventures including “Mero Kinmel Food Delivery” and “ArtspaceNepal,” both backed with seed funding from UGC Nepal. Along with running local businesses such as Hotel Global and Global Tent and Catering, he is actively involved in community development, making him a strong asset to HERBALECO’s founding team.
