Welcome to HERBALECOINDIA.com (“HERBALECO”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, share and protect your information.

By visiting, accessing, or using the HERBALECO Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the HERBALECO Platform.

  • “Group” means, with respect to a person, any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, and in case of a natural person, any Relative as defined under the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 (to the extent applicable).
  • “Services” means any services offered by HERBALECO whether on the HERBALECO Platform or otherwise.
  • “Policy” means the Privacy Policy of HERBALECO.

  • By using the HERBALECO Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • The Privacy Policy is a part of and incorporated within these Terms & Conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use the HERBALECO Platform.

HERBALECO may change or update these Terms and/or the Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Your continued use of the HERBALECO Platform after changes means you accept those changes.

3. USE OF HERBALECO PLATFORM

When you use the HERBALECO Platform:

  • You agree that any information you provide will be true, correct and complete to the best of your knowledge.

By using the HERBALECO Platform, you consent to such collection and use of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

  • HERBALECO uses appropriate technical and security measures to protect the information collected, including vault and tokenization services from third-party providers.
  • Our payment gateway and vault/tokenization service providers are PCI-compliant and follow industry standards for payment security.
  • You are responsible for keeping your username, password and OTP confidential and should not share them with anyone.

You acknowledge that transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Once we receive your information, we use strict physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.

9. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS & OPT-OUT

  • HERBALECO may send you transactional emails/SMS related to your account, orders or use of Services.
  • HERBALECO may also send promotional or marketing emails about offers, new features or other information.

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by writing to: herbalecoindia@gmail.com.
It may take 5–7 days to process your request. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, you may still receive transactional communications related to your purchases or Service usage.

10. THIRD PARTY SITES

  • The HERBALECO Platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by HERBALECO.
  • Any information collected by such third-party sites is not governed by this Policy or these Terms.
  • HERBALECO is not responsible for the practices, content, or privacy policies of any third-party website accessed through links on the HERBALECO Platform.

You are advised to carefully read the privacy policy and terms of such third-party websites before sharing any information.

This Terms & Conditions document also does not apply to any information you may directly disclose to service providers or personnel that HERBALECO has not requested you to share under this Policy.

11. JURISDICTION & APPLICABLE LAW

  • By choosing to visit or use the HERBALECO Platform, you agree that your visit and any dispute over privacy or use of the Platform are subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms or the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts having jurisdiction over Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all disputes arising in connection with the HERBALECO Platform, these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

12. DATA STORAGE & HOSTING

  • The HERBALECO Platform stores your information on cloud servers provided by GoDaddy or other similar providers.
  • Security measures to safeguard the loss, misuse and alteration of the information are implemented as per the standards of such providers, and details are available in their own policies.
  • For concerns related to GoDaddy’s security or privacy practices, you may contact their privacy/security/legal teams as per their published contact details, or you may write to our Grievance Officer.
